    Guardian Angel blends Northwest apples with blueberries and pomegranate, celebrating the bounty of summer berries. Deep garnet in color, it offers brambly berry aromas and fresh fruit flavors, with a zippy hint of pomegranate. Semi-sweet and well-balanced, it’s refreshing and inviting.

    Strong Scottish Ale, brewed with cherries, cinnamon sticks, maple syrup and vanilla beans; at almost 9 percent alcohol, one pint puts a rosy glow on your face followed by a gentle warming sensation - like a cool Christmas eve sitting by a crackling fire - Something Saint Nick would enjoy after a job well done.  Saint Nick’s other helpful elf: S’Aint Misbehavin’. While St. Nick goes around rewarding the good little ones, Krampus supplies coal to the misbehavin’! Hence, St. Misbehaving”– so bad its goooood……

  • Hoppy Holidays Imperial IPA with Citrus and Spruce Tips
    9.2% ABV | 95 IBU

    This yuletide IPA is brewed with a sleighful of hops, orange zest, and foraged spruce tips. Our gift of pine and citrus is wrapped in a warm malt backbone that is sure to bring holiday cheer.

    250 Pounds of Spruce tips went into the beer, which were hand-foraged by our staff at Starker Forests in the Coast Range. 100 pounds of orange zest add the perfect amount of fruity flavor.

    Ol' Saint Nick Winter Ale
    9% ABV | 80 IBU

    Ol' St. Nick is a generously malt-forward winter ale - artfully constructed with a base of selected malts and hops, offering notes of toffee, cocoa, plum, and caramel with citrusy hops and a pleasant lingering finish.

    A turn of the season winter warmer. It's a delicate balancing act of sweet malt and hop bitterness that creates an incredibly drinkable seasonal taster. Very complex malt bill leads to nuanced, malt forward winter ale.

  • Imperial Snickerdoodle Cookie Cider
    12% ABV

    Made with wild fermented, PNW grown dessert apples that were aged in a Oak Barrel for 1 year. We then pitched with, cinnamon, brown sugar, and a dash of nutmeg and other spices. It's nicely balanced with delightful spice and baked apple notes. A Semi-sweet Imperial Cider at 12% ABV

    Magnanimous IPA has been a North Coast winter seasonal classic for over a decade. This collaboration with our good friends at Earth & Sky Farm in Oregon City combines Pacific Northwest hops with generous amounts of hand-harvested Oregon Grand Fir Tips. The result is a noble blend of piney hops, evergreen aroma and the familiar warmth of ritual.

  • Barrel-aged Old Fashioned Abominable Winter Ale

    This year’s barrel-aged Abominable takes inspiration from the Old Fashioned whiskey cocktail. Abominable Winter Ale was aged for nine months in both bourbon and cherry liqueur barrels then infused with orange peel and cherry. The beer is rich, citrusy, and malty – complimented with notes of oak, caramel, and vanilla that develop during the barrel-aging.

    This winter warmer has lots of malt complexity with caramel, toffee, rye, plum, fig and rich bready undertones. The maltiness is balanced with a nice blend of piney, floral, and earthy hops that give Neon Snowsuit a pleasant bitterness and hop bouquet which makes for a totally rad experience.

Bad Santa doesn't care if you’ve been naughty or nice as long as this beer is on your list.

    Isaac's Birthday Spiced Brew

    A Coffee Blonde Ale made for Isaac’s Room. Grain was donated from Prairie Malt and the coffee from Sisters Coffee Company. Gold in color with a medium body. Our take on a dirty chai.
    Tasting Notes: Chai spice on the nose with hints of espresso and chocolate. Medium-full body with espresso notes upon front morphing into notes off dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla and maple syrup. Finishing with savory and herbal chai spice in the back.

    Could I have more stuffin please? Absolutely, have another round of this awesome West Coast IPA! This beer is stuffed with the finest hand-selected PNW hops. Columbus and Citra T90 mix it up in the whirlpool to create dank and fruity layers of flavor and aroma. Two huge dry hop additions pile the hops in yet again with the unique combination of Yakima grown Azacca T90 and Crosby Estate grown Amarillo® CGX. The resulting profile is deep cut of citrus zest, fruit punch, and pine resin, ending with a crisp and balanced finish.

    We took our winter warmer and turned it up a notch with the use of cryogenically frozen fresh hops to add a fun PNW twist. A blend of domestic and imported barley creates a pleasant malt character with toasty notes of biscuit, nut, and caramel. Freshly harvested and cryogenically frozen hops from Crosby Hop Farm in Woodburn OR give this seasonal treat a balanced bitterness, with bold herbaceous notes of ruby red grapefruit and resinous evergreen, turning this winter warmer up to 10. Hops: Comet CGX, Centennial, Cascade, CGX NUVO Cascade, CGX NUVO Comet

    Deep mahogany in color, this Baltic porter boasts rich aromas of dark chocolate, espresso, and toasted oak, layered with subtle vanilla and bourbon warmth from its time in charred oak barrels. Smooth and full-bodied with notes of caramel, molasses, and roasted malt, balanced by a gentle boozy sweetness and a lingering, warming finish. A decadent sipper, perfect for savoring slowly.

  • Frozen Fractals IPA

    Our newest release in the Hop Heads Delight Series is Frozen Fractals IPA. This crisp IPA features Strata, Mosaic, and Azacca hops and was brewed with PNW winters in mind. A light, snappy malt character carries notes of tropical fruit overtones with layers of resinous and sticky pine. You won't want to let this wintertime IPA go!

    Big Chillin' Vanilla Stout

    Big Chillin' Vanilla Stout is dark and roasty with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Caramel malts and vanilla are added to the base for some sweetness in the brew. Kick back, relax, and get your chill on!

  • Zoiglhaus Porter
    7% ABV | 40 IBU

    During his studies at the VLB in Berlin in the late 1990s, our Brewmaster was very surprised to learn that Porters were brewed at the University Brewery up into the 1980s. It seems like a very non-German style, but with some lager fermentation adjustments and German ingredients, it suddenly feels very familiar. Rich malt flavors of chocolate, toffee, and coffee dominate this very smooth lager. Prost and cheers!

Clean and crisp with Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Herkules and Mosaic hops, the hop lover in you will delight in this cold one!
